    Many times situations or crises occur that need an immediate response, but are not life-threatening. For these situations, North Carolina offers Mobile Crisis Management (MCM), provided free of charge by RHA Health Services. MCM provides telephone and/or face-to-face assistance 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
