my approach

I believe for therapy to be effective, a "one-size-fits-all" approach just won't do. I will take the time to get to know you as an individual so that we can develop a plan that will work best. Our plan can and will change as we go. If you feel something is not working for you, I encourage you to be honest with me. Based on what concerns you present with (and your concerns in the moment), I might incorporate evidence-based approaches including
